For our variation on a classic whiskey sour, we’ve added a local Austin honey syrup for an earthy flavor and velvety mouthfeel you just can’t seem to get enough of. You could say we’re getting sweet on you, but the bourbon makes sure we don’t get too sweet, too soon.

Honey Syrup
We’ve sourced the highest quality honey from Good Flow Honey Company, a family operated business in Austin, Texas since 1975. Add 3 parts honey to 1 part water and you’ve got all kinds of parts delicious. We might be terrible at math, but we sure are good at chemistry.

Ice
We hand carved this ice chunk with Javier and his East Austin ice facility. It melts slowly to offer a perfect balance from the first to the last sip!
