The fresh peach taste is light and refreshing, and the addition of citrus makes for a stress- melting, uber-relaxing, well-balanced cocktail.

Eddy’s Collins: Featuring Austin’s Deep Eddy Vodka Ruby Red, a colossal commercial success for good reason, we take the laid back vibe of Austin’s hometown swimming hole and invite you to dive into the perfect cocktail! With freshly squeezed lemon juice, grapefruit, and a barrel aged bitters, this is a light, refreshing and utterly delicious cocktail!
